On July 8, the Logistics Company of Shaanxi Postal Branch signed an international auto parts transportation agreement with Shaanxi Heavy Duty Automobile Import and Export Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Shaanxi Auto), which marks that both parties have taken a critical step in the cooperation in import and export international spare parts logistics and opened a new chapter in their international auto parts transportation business cooperation.

In the cooperation, both sides focus on import and export international spare parts logistics and transportation and build a diversified transportation network system. In terms of land transport, based on its qualifications for TIR (Transport International Router) international road transport, well-established postal land transportation network and rich experience in cross-border road transportation, Shaanxi Postal Branch will build a sound three-tier network system with “trunk line-hub-distribution”, mainly covering the five Central Asian countries and the core industrial city belt of Russia, and establish a digital customs system simultaneously to enable visual monitoring and early warnings of abnormalities throughout the entire transportation process. At the same time, it will coordinate with “Chang’an” China-Europe freight trains to ensure efficient transportation of bulk goods, making sure that the auto parts can arrive at the destinations efficiently and safely.
