July 8 is the National Insurance Public Awareness Day in China. Centering on the theme “Love and Responsibility: Insurance Makes Life Better”, China Post Life Insurance organized a total of 22 lectures given by medical experts across China, and offered free health check-up services to customers, benefiting over 50,000 people. With these efforts, it delivered heartwarming “healthcare plus insurance” services directly to the general public, effectively removing the obstacles to insurance-backed healthcare services.
The provincial branches of China Post Life Insurance tailored activities based on the characteristics of different customer groups, and organically integrated insurance protection with health management and financial literacy education to build an ecosystem of omni-scenario services. Focusing on the demands for preventing high-incidence diseases like cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, they collaborated with experts from medical institutions to create scenario-based services featuring specific diseases plus insurance protection. Focusing on the healthcare demands in summer, they joined hands with TCM (traditional Chinese medicine) specialists to organize healthcare lectures on wellness regimens in Sanfu (China’s dog days of summer) and other topics and provide health check-up services. The “professional service plus scenario-based interaction” model has also provided innovative ideas for channel customer engagement.
