On March 27, Yunnan Postal Branch, in cooperation with Yunnan Cross-border E-commerce Association, held a special training on Ozon (Russia) platform operations. Yunnan Postal Branch presented its customized Russia-bound logistics solution on the training. Through accurate analysis, it aimed to boost the extension of industrial chains through smooth logistics chains, address the pain points of local enterprises in their going global, and inject strong momentum into the products and enterprises of Yunnan province to accelerate their expansion into the Russian market.

As a leading cross-border e-commerce platform in Russia, Ozon boasts huge market potential and serves as an important channel for Chinese enterprises to expand into the Russian and Eastern European markets. In November, 2025, Yunnan Postal Branch sent e-commerce products to Russia for the first time via its Ozon-based dedicated line. Ever since then, its Russia-bound services have been advanced in an orderly manner and with a sound operational performance. As of March 31, 2026, Yunnan Postal Branch has exported a total of 344,000 cross-border e-commerce items, with a single-day peak exceeding 10,000 items.

More than 200 foreign trade companies and cross-border players from across Yunnan province attended the training. On site, Yunnan Postal Branch gave a detailed introduction to its international logistics strategies under the Belt and Road Initiative and the RCEP framework, and conducted in-depth sharing on its real practice regarding the core concerns of the enterprises such as the timeliness of Russia-bound logistics, cost control and customs clearance process. What’s more, it especially presented China Post’s exclusive Ozon-based Russia-bound logistics solution. Based on this solution, Yunnan Postal Branch, leveraging the global reach of postal network and the characteristics of Ozon platform, has tailored a one-stop solution featuring dedicated line logistics, overseas warehousing and whole process traceability, which has directly addressed the concerns of the enterprises regarding costs and timeliness. It has, therefore, fulfilled the closed-loop services from operational guidance to logistics implementation, and opened up a new channel for Yunnan enterprises to go global.
